The best burger and fries I had in my life

Tasty burger and fries. The Hipster was very good. Glad the have whole wheat version of their bun.

This place has a nice decoration theme (construction). It’s a good place for burger around downtown St. Catherines, ON. It was a little empty when I went there for lunch. They have a great selection of beers and burgers. They have a variety of toppings for burger with amazing names. Ordered the Obi-Wan Kobe’s Man Cave burger along with fries. Food was good and cooked on the right meat temperature (Medium rare).

Since I have several food allergies the server let me build my own burger and was very friendly about it. She wasn't put off at all. In fact she double checked with me about a dip she didn't think I could have and she was right. Friendly service and good food.

DELICIOUS burgers. Tons of topping options, including some interesting & unique ones. Price is pretty good for what you get, which includes unlimited fries - and they're great fries!Staff is always very friendly and atmosphere is very relaxed, we love going there. Highly recommend.

There is some very amazing food, love their burgers and the milkshakes are a MUST! If you go here and love spicy food I would suggest ordering their "sexy burger". the atmosphere is quite unique, making the place stand out a lot from most other places.

If you want a great hamburger this is the place to go. It makes your mouth water just smelling the char broiled beef and once the plate is set in front of you it is ooooooh so good and this is no word of a lie. You have to try.

Great place loved it again

Brightly lit, with friendly staff and reasonable lunch hour prices. However, the burger patties are deceptively small on the lunch menu. When you have to hunt for the meat under the (admittedly varied) topping options, something is wrong. Add $2 to the price and use 1/2 lb patties. Disappointing.

The onion rings were awsome, the hamburger bun great however the meat was cold, no taste ,tough and my total cost was 27 dollars

Amazing food! The staff at this specific location were so kind! Our server, Madi, was the sweetest and truly made the experience 10 times better than it already was. Compliments to the the chef, the entire dinner party loved how perfectly each of our burgers were cooked. If you're looking for a burger with a kick, I highly recommend the Kamikaze burger!

My daughter and I had a great meal, 2 burgers and beer, and enjoyed our time greatly. Everything was cooked well and presented in typical fun Works style. Our server, Melissa, was delightful!

The waitresses who worked July 29th 😊was very friendly & amazing both was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained to us how to order our food. This was my 1st time at The Works ..and I'm definitely going back!! Oh the Burger was DELICIOUS!!! thanks to the awesome cooks in the kitchen😊

I had a gluten free burger, fries and a gluten free beer. The waitress was awesome , very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and I will be coming back soon

Goodness- This place is all kinds of yum! Unbelievable selection of burgers. But the best part was Melissa's service!!! So friendly, helpful and accommodating...all with a genuine smile for days. Definitely a must go to place!

i ordered this recently spent like 60 dollars, threw all of the food out. worst food i have ordered in my life. rotten salad, BURNT TO A CRISP burgers....the fries werent even edible. thankfully the delivery app gave me my money back.

Enjoyed my visit today, normally you can judge how busy a restaurant is by doing a headcount. Though right now we are living in the new world of COVID-19 and pick up and delivery are thriving. My server 'Red' was friendly and attentive, it appears there were a few regulars visiting. I enjoyed the Down Under burger on a multigrain bun, it was tasty and juicy, I will be back soon!

Super stellar service, everyone's really friendly and the food is amazing. My sister has the elk burger and I had taste of heaven. Succulent pairs with really great flavor profiles for these burgers. Will define be coming back!

Excellent service! I really appreciated the variety of vegetarian selection, especially for a burger restaurant. I was seated on the patio in bellowing BBQ smoke. It's not for everyone but, I thoroughly enjoyed what it contributed to the atmosphere. The two items I ordered from their large and cleverly written menu were delicious.

This is another great spot to eat at if your visiting Canada. The food was really delicious and I had the elk burger which was very good. You can create a burger and have whatever you want on it.

I went yesterday with my boyfriend. The burgers are really good! And the people there is friendly and very helpful.

Nice atmosphere. We got seated right away. Waitress was friendly. Food came quick and food was cooked perfectly. I got the Peanut butter cup burger.

Great good but felt a little rushed by the server.

Good burgers, but 8 oz. Chocolate milk was $3.09 which is 3 times the price it should be.

Ordered steamed broccoli as a side. Tried it and it was cold and tasted like it was microwaved. When I called in to the store to let them know, the gentleman kept responding with "that's how we do it here". I won't be returning as this is horrible customer service as well as food.

Implementing social distancing can be friendly if you want to!!! But this is not the case here,Very dismissive... We decided to leave, we felt the staff is doing us a favor by letting us in!!!

Not many restaurants are open during covid19 so we had a go in the burger restaurant, music was so loud we couldn’t hear anything while taking order, and the guy preparing our food didn’t wear any mask and the people in back kitchen neither ... but the food was great.

Carly was a sweet dear & served us our lunch. She checked in on us, multiple times to ensure that everything was still great! We had a 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon burger & the tragically maple burger..OMG... delicious & huge 🍔burger!! You must have the sweet potato fries too....so yummy...go hungry and you will be stuffed when you leave 🍁

Service was great but the food was disappointing and this is usually my favorite place for burgers!

Service was good, not great. ordered the "Taste of Heaven" burger.....I'm not sure if its irony or not, but the french fries had more flavour than the "kobe-style" burger. The onions had the flavour of water and the mushrooms tasted like eating dirt. Completely opposite of my experience of the Niagara Falls location.Edit: Thanks for responding. Such a shame that I have to write a bad review here. But the wife and I came to take a couple of burgers to go. Her burger tasted a little weird, but we didn't think much of it. She was upset that it was dry, but we let it go, since we were already 15 minutes away by the time she started eating it. Started feeling sick after eating the burger. Nausea wouldn't stop. We came home and she puked it all out. The food was likely either handled really badly or not stored in the safest condition. Definitely not risking going here again.

The best place for a burger simply because of all the many many different combinations of burgers you can get. Iv had three different burgers there, the Getting Piggy with it, A brisket burger and the Kevin Bacon burger. I recommend anyone come here if you want a burger that's so delicious you want to come back for more. Always recommend the Works for a burger over anywhere.

Great burgers to choose from! And the onion rings are fantastic. A little pricey but a nice place to go to every once in a while. Definitely a place everyone should try at least once. Their fries are also great and bottomless as far as I remember. Will be visiting again!

Great burgers! And to have an Elk meat option was the best for one individual in our group. We sat on the patio which is alright if the wind is blowing north, otherwise the kitchen vents beside it and it's like sitting by a campfire. Food and service was on point! Would definitely go back!

I had been to The Works before but decided to try something new this time.This amazing meal.. a burger with chicken breast, tangy sauce, pineapple ring, and a giant slab of brie cheese, and a house salad. I cleared the tray. With a Barking Squirrel beer to drink. I will never forget how good this tasted. I want to go back already.

GO HERE! You won't regret it!Always has friendly wait staff. Our waiter tonight (Red, I think?) was really really attentive and whenever we've had her it's always been a delight! 10/10 would recommend.

Hate to rate this experience 4 star but our waitress really ruined it last night. Her counterpart seemed really great as she was the one who served our food and got us more drinks. Was a shame about her but the food was great. We had the juicy Lucy loaded and the son of a beach. Will order again!

I have been tp this location a few times. The food is good, although I don't think the burger and fries I had was worth $20 before taxes. The deep fried pickles at almost $12 was definitely overpriced. The service was good. Our waitress was very attentive. One thing that did stand out was the odd choice of music being played in the background.
